Most clients have their first engineer start within two to three weeks. We handle recruiting and vetting, then introduce two to three candidates for you to interview.
What happens if an engagement isn’t working out?
Contact us so we can address the issue with you. If a replacement is needed, we help find another engineer under the terms in your agreement.
Do AllCoda engineers work with multiple clients?
No. AllCoda engineers work exclusively with your team for the engagement. They do not split their time between clients, and we never rotate them to another account.
Where are AllCoda engineers based, and what hours do they work?
AllCoda engineers are based in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, and Peru. They work US business hours, with six to eight hours of daily overlap with your team.
