About AllCoda
AllCoda is a nearshore engineering team partner. We find senior software engineers from Latin America and place them on your team. Same standups, same tools, same codebase.

Why We Built It This Way
Most remote engineering setups fail for the same reasons: engineers who are technically available but organizationally external, agencies that rotate people off mid-project, "senior" talent that turns out to be mid-level with a good resume.
We built AllCoda around the opposite of those patterns.
One engineer, one client. No reassignments, ever. A vetting process that rejects more than 95% of applicants. Engineers hired specifically for your team, not pulled from a generic bench.
The result is a nearshore engineering team that behaves like a distributed internal team, not a vendor.
The true cost of churn isn't recruitment fees. It's the institutional knowledge that walks out the door because of an agency decision and the months of lost velocity while someone new onboards.
That's why AllCoda engineers are dedicated to one client and never reassigned.
How We Vet
// Vetting_Process
Fewer than 5% of engineers who apply to work with AllCoda clients are accepted. Every candidate clears four stages before you see their profile.
1. Technical screen
A live coding session in their primary stack. We focus on how they think and solve problems, not whether they can pass a memorized algorithmic puzzle.
2. System design
For senior candidates, we run an architecture discussion relevant to the type of system they'd be working on. We want engineers who can own a service and reason about tradeoffs, not just implement specs.
3. Code review
We send a real PR and ask them to critique it. Communication clarity, quality instincts, and how they handle disagreement all show up here.
4. Communication and remote assessment
English proficiency, assessed in writing and conversation. How they explain decisions. How they handle blockers. Whether they've genuinely worked on distributed teams with U.S. companies.
